Doreen Brothers

In 1999, when Doreen Brothers was 39 with two grown sons and a successful cleaning company, she enrolled at NECC with no specific degree in mind. That decision altered her life. She earned an associate degree and transferred to UMass Lowell where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and continues to study for her master’s in community social psychology. A certified personal trainer, she is interim director of Amesbury Council on Aging.
