Invoice Payment Due Date Schedule

Start Date: Wednesday, September 9, 2009

The due date of your tuition is determined by the date you FIRST or, initially, register for the semester. Once you have registered, your due date will remain the same. If you add classes after paying your bill by the due date, you must pay for these additional classes when you register, or you may get dropped from all of your classes.

Starting Friday, September 4, 2009 Payment arrangements must be made at registration.

FINANCIAL AID STUDENTS

All of your financial aid paperwork MUST be completed by the due date of your bill, or you will be dropped for non-payment. This includes completing the online FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), and submitting any paperwork that is needed to complete your application.

Be sure to include your complete name and your student ID in your email, otherwise financial aid will not be able to respond.


If you are NOT planning to attend classes, you must call 978.556.3700 to drop your classes before the start of the term, September 9, 2009.

If you do not drop your classes before the start of the term, you will be charged for your classes regardless of whether or not you attend. Delinquent accounts are sent to collection.

Call 978.556.3700 to drop your classes, before the term begins on September 9, 2009; otherwise you may owe a bill, regardless of whether or not you attend. Delinquent accounts are not only sent to a collection agency and charged an additional 20% in collection fees, but are also referred to the Intercept Program of the Commonwealth which intercepts state income tax refunds.
