Tuition Payment Options - Fall 2009
Traditional Semester payment
The Fall 2009 Semester charges are due on Wednesday, August 12, 2009. Bills will be mailed out in July 2009.
Budget your tuition: Use the NECC Installment Plan
You may pay in four monthly installments, with no interest charge, at the cost of a NON-REFUNDABLE $35 processing fee. Late payments are charged a $15 late fee. A deposit of 25% of your total bill plus the $35 fee is required by the due date of your bill.
This plan is available only in the Fall and Spring terms. If you choose to enroll in the installment plan by paying the deposit, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions for the NECC Four-Month Installment Plan
- In the Fall, the remaining three payments are due on the 25th of September, October and November; in the Spring, in February, March and April. Late payments are charged a $15 LATE FEE.
- Plan adjustments resulting from enrollment changes will be made according to the published refund policy. If classes are added after enrolling in the payment plan, 25% of the cost must be paid at registration.
- If you become eligible for financial aid after enrolling in the installment plan, under no circumstance will the processing fee of $35 be refunded, nor can it be reimbursed by financial aid. You must continue to pay the installments until your financial aid award is officially authorized.
- The plan will be terminated whenever a check is returned from the bank. The entire balance will become due immediately as well as the $25 returned check fee.
- Any accounts unpaid by the end of the installment plan semester will be treated as delinquent accounts, disallowing registration for future terms and subject to further collection procedures. See Non-Payment and Bad Debt Policy.
