Spring 2010: Refund Policy and Dates
Refund Policy Spring 2010
Credit Courses
To receive a refund, drop classes officially with Enrollment Services in person or by calling 978.556.3700 during office hours within the stated refund periods. Regardless of payment method, all refunds are automatically issued by check and mailed to the student. Call the Bursar's Office for further information regarding the refund process.
For classes meeting for more than 8 weeks:
For a full 100% refund:
Drop classes on or before Friday, January 29, 2010
For a 50% refund:
Drop classes from Monday, February 1, 2010 through Friday, February 5, 2010.
NO REFUNDS THEREAFTER
For classes meeting for 8 weeks or less:
For a full 100% refund:
Drop classes through the business day before the date of the second class meeting.
For a 50% refund:
Drop classes on or after the date of the second class meeting through the business day before the date of the third class meeting.

Important Refund Policy Note:
Changed your mind about attending?
Call 978.556.3700 to drop your classes before the term begins on January 20, 2009, or you will be charged for your classes whether or not you attend. Delinquent accounts are not only sent to a collection agency and charged an additional 20% in collection fees, but are also referred to the Intercept Program of the Commonwealth which intercepts state income tax refunds.
