The English Language Cluster for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students is a two-semester, non-credit sequence designed to help students strengthen their skills in reading, writing, and English structure in order to prepare for further academic work, to enter the work force, or for self improvement.

- Intensive:
Requires 18 hours a week of instruction and 2 hours a week of reading lab - Pre-Developmental:
Provides preparation for further academic work and job entry, for improvement of written communication, and for personal satisfaction derived from a better command of English Language Skills.
The English Language Cluster Services Include:
- Courses taught by a deaf instructor using American Sign Language (ASL)
- Academic Advising
- Assistance with Registration
