Noncredit Refund Policy
100% of the tuition cost and materials fee of a non-credit course is refunded ONLY IF the course is dropped by or before the business day prior to the first class meeting.
50% of the tuition cost of a non-credit course is refunded ONLY IF the course is dropped by or before the business day prior to the second class meeting.
No refunds are given after the day of the second class meeting.
If a class is cancelled 100% of your tuition cost and materials fee will be refunded. Refunds are made by check.
The materials fee and/or some course fees (if any) are not refunded for a course dropped on or after the first meeting of a class.
NOTE: Northern Essex Community College's Division of Workforce Development & Community Education reserves the right to change the content of, or cancel, any class, or any course information contained in our brochure or website, as may be required due to error or unforeseen circumstances.
