Faculty and staff are invited to participate in the Community of Practice Symposium at NECC! A Community of Practice provides opportunities for faculty and staff to discuss teaching and learning with each other in an intimate and informal setting. Communities of practice are dedicated to exploring collective goals, dimensions, or elements of teaching and learning. These are knowledge-sharing forums, where participants come to learn from one another with a focus on problem solving and innovation.

Please join us as we discuss recent changes at the college and share ideas and best practices for student success.

**NOTE** This symposium is an in-person professional development day with options for follow up sessions in the fall that could be remote. Faculty are eligible to receive a stipend for their attendance and participation.
