Northern Essex Community College is proud to be a part of the North Eastern Intelligence Community Centers for Academic Excellence (NE IC CAE). Together, we partner with the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) to prepare a diverse and skilled cadre of professionals ready to address national security challenges.

Who Can Join?
The Intelligence Community Scholars Program is open to all NECC students. The intelligence field values interdisciplinary skills and diverse perspectives, so students from any area of study are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be a United States citizen
- Minimum GPA of 2.5
