The official launch of the Merrimack Valley Alliance for Racial Equity (MV-ARE) will be held on Tuesday, February 4 at NECC. This event will be hosted by Leaders Engaged and Activated to Drive Systems Change (LEADS), in collaboration with the NECC Alumni Office and Partners for Democracy. 

The MV-ARE, established in 2021 by members of the LEADS Executive Leadership Program, promotes racial equity and ensures that elected officials represent the diverse demographics, interests, and needs of Merrimack Valley communities.
