Northern Essex and Regis College are proud to offer transfer pathways to NECC students, including joint admissions at the time of application to NECC or guaranteed admissions to select majors under the Massachusetts Guarantee.
Joint Admissions Program
Benefits to NECC students
- No application fee is required.
- Credits transfer seamlessly.
- Students may register for their first semester at Regis on the same date as current Regis students who have 60 or more credits.
- Access to a dedicated Regis admissions counselor is available.
Eligibility for Joint Admissions
- Confirm your status with NECC Admissions.
- Complete your associate degree with a GPA of 2.5+ (some programs may require higher GPAs or prerequisites; speak with your NECC Transfer Advisor).
- This program does not apply to students wishing to transfer into the Regis Nursing Program.
- This program does not apply to students who want to transfer before completing their associate degree. Those students must meet Regis’ general transfer admissions criteria.
Application Process
- Submit application and transcripts (no fee or recommendation letters required for joint admissions).
Enrollment Steps
- Register for classes.
- Attend online or on-campus orientation.

Modeled upon the MassTransfer program, you can transfer to Regis College with guaranteed admission to these majors:
