Student Accounts and Billing
Updated Hours and Contact Information
Student Accounts will be available in person and remotely to assist our students with questions via email, phone, virtual Zoom meetings, and online chat.
Communications/meetings can be flexible based on student’s needs and may consist of the following options: Zoom, Phone, In-Person, Video Relay Services (free), or email.

We are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, & Wednesday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Payments
Payments can be made online through the myNECC student portal with an electronic check using a checking or a savings account, or using a credit/debit card. Once logged into myNECC, scroll down and click on the “Pay My Bill Online” icon then click on “Make Payment”.
Please mail all check payments, tuition remission forms, scholarships, and third party vouchers to:

Manage Your Account
We have many convenient options for you to pay your NECC bill, whether with cash, check, or credit/debit card. Pay online, in person, by mail or phone (only for noncredit courses), or with a payment plan. MORE about 'Payment Options'
Get Your Free Parking Pass
If you drive to campus, you will need a parking decal to park in a permit parking lot every semester. MORE about 'Parking'
Understand Information on Student Health Insurance
Chapter 15 of the General Laws of Massachusetts requires that all students enrolled in nine or more credit hours participate in the College Student Medical and Accident Insurance Plan. This requirement may be waived for students who already have comparable health insurance coverage by completing the electronic Health Insurance Waiver. MORE about 'Health Insurance'
Obtain a Refund
NECC allows a 100% refund of tuition and fees for a specific range of dates which is governed by the start date of each session. Students must be officially dropped/withdraw their classes with Enrollment Services either in person or by calling 978-556-3700 during office hours within the stated refund period.
