Steps to Complete the Enrollment Checklist

Complete Academic Placement (MUST be completed before an appointment can be made):

      Apply for Financial Aid

      Pay for Your Classes

      • Check myNECC portal for billing statement after registering for classes
      • Set up a payment plan (if applicable)

      Complete Health Insurance Waiver

      Students enrolled in nine or more credit hours must participate in the College Student Medical and Accident Insurance Plan.

      Submit Immunizations

      Access Student Technology

        Check Your Schedule

        • Double-check your schedule for any last minute changes in Navigate or myNECC portal

        Begin Participating on the First Day of Class

        • Online courses – log into Blackboard on the first day, review the syllabus, and begin coursework
        • On-campus courses – go to class on the first day and instructor will explain next steps
        • Hybrid (on-campus & online) courses – go to class on the first on-campus day AND log into Blackboard
