“Hurricane Diane” Opening Reception: Sea Level Oyster Bar, One Market Square, Newburyport, MA
It’s time to celebrate!
Join us for a special opening reception to celebrate the revival of NECC Theater’s award-winning stage production, “Hurricane Diane.”
The event, which is free for registrants, will include hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar, and informal gathering space to catch up with NECC friends and fellow theater enthusiasts.
A stage performance of “Hurricane Diane,” held next door at the Firehouse Center for the Arts, will immediately follow the reception event. Tickets for the stage performance must be purchased separately through the Firehouse website.
“Hurricane Diane” follows the story of Diane, a permaculture gardener with supernatural abilities (owing to her true identity as the Greek god Dionysus), and her quest to restore the modern Earth to its natural state.
