Presenter Bios:

With a degree in Marketing and a background in Direct Marketing, Tricia Sabulis joined her family Agency, A.P Michaud Insurance Agency, Inc in 2007 to bring her marketing expertise to the agency but to also learn the insurance industry where she planned to stay.  She started as a receptionist and worked her way up through personal lines Customer Service and Account Management to Commercial lines Account management into Sales to her current position.  Today, Tricia is poised to take the reins of the business her maternal grandfather began. 

Mim Minichiello as the Chief Performance and Talent Officer for the East Region at HUB, focuses on enhancing team performance through talent management and maintaining the entrepreneurial culture of the organization. She is a strong advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and community engagement in her region. With a rich career background in the insurance and health plan sectors, she excels in creating strategic growth plans and fostering high-performing teams.
