You can’t beat the price (FREE for all NECC students and employees), the location (right on the Haverhill Campus), or the help that’s available – we guarantee it! Whether you’re just beginning an exercise routine or have specific training goals you wish to achieve, you’ll find great equipment and a friendly, approachable staff available to assist you.

You can also take advantage of free wellness programs, group exercise programs, and men’s and women’s locker rooms with showers and lockers.

Lawrence Campus

We have established a partnership with the YMCA in Lawrence.  Currently registered NECC students are eligible for a YMCA membership for the fall and spring semesters.

The Lawrence YMCA offers the following services:

• Wellness Center with Cardiovascular & Strength Training Equipment
• Free group exercise classes
• Drop-in Lap and Family Swims
• Indoor Running Track
• Basketball and Volleyball Courts
• Volleyball League
   

To start the membership process, please stop by the Welcome Desk in the Dimitry Building in Lawrence.  Remember to bring your Student ID!  (If you don’t have a student ID, you can get one at the Welcome Desk.)
