Artists and designers communicate ideas and information visually. They use their creativity, talents, and skills to express a point of view. If you are looking for a career in art and design, Northern Essex offers many career path opportunities to choose from.
Studying for an Associate Degree in Art and Design at NECC
You can train to work as a graphic designer or an illustrator. You can prepare for the multimedia field, including web development, media production, and computer graphics. You can pursue a career in fine arts, art education, or art therapy. You can also complete your first two years at Northern Essex and then transfer to a four-year college, university, or art school.
