As a public state institution, the NECC libraries provide various services to patrons in our local communities.

The Linda Hummel-Shea Art Space

Named for former Library Director Linda Hummel-Shea, the Art Space on the second floor of the Bentley Library in Haverhill is a dedicated art gallery and meeting space used for student, faculty, and community art shows during the academic year. The gallery is a vehicle to bring contemporary artists and their work to the college campus so that students and the greater college community can access a wide range of art and design. Art Space also allows students to experience mounting their shows and exhibiting their work.
