NECC Hosts YWCA Suicide Prevention Workshop
Northern Essex Community College will host a suicide prevention workshop on Wednesday, Nov. 14, from 4:45-5:45 p.m. in the Hartleb Technology Center in Room 103B on the Haverhill campus, 100 Elliott St.
The YWCA Northeastern Massachusetts, in support of the college’s Title IX Awareness Initiatives, will present this workshop. YWCA domestic violence and sexual assault advocates from both the Lawrence and Haverhill sites will lead the workshop on recognizing and addressing warning signs of suicide and its relationship to domestic violence and sexual assault.
